• Aadhar card of Proprietor
• Bank Account details (A copy of cancelled cheque/bank statement leaf of the current account)
B. Address Proof of Principle place of Business(Any One):
• Property Tax receipt
• Municipal Khata Copy
• Electricity Bill copy
• Rent / Lease Agreement in case of Rented Property
• Consent Letter (In case of Consent / Shared Property)
C. Proof of Constitution :
• GST Certificate / Udhyam Registration certificate

 

2) Partnership Firm (Including LLP)
A. Identity Proof :
• PAN Card of Partnership Firm
• PAN Card of all partners
• Copy of Partnership deed
• Aadhar card of all the Partners
• Bank Account details (A copy of cancelled cheque/ bank statement leaf of the current account)
B. Address Proof of Principle place of Business (Any One) :
• Property Tax receipt
• Municipal Khata Copy
• Electricity Bill copy
• Rent / Lease Agreement in case of Rented Property
• Consent Letter (In case of Consent / Shared Property)
C. Proof of Constitution :
• GST Certificate / Udhyam Registration certificate / Incorporation certificate in case of LLP

 

3) HUF
A. Identity Proof :
• PAN card of HUF
• PAN Card and Aadhar card of Karta
• Bank Account details (A copy of cancelled cheque / bank statement leaf of the current account)
B. Address Proof of Principle place of Business (Any One):
• Property Tax receipt
• Municipal Khata Copy
• Electricity Bill copy
• Rent / Lease Agreement in case of Rented Property
• Consent Letter (In case of Consent / Shared Property)
C. Proof of Constitution :
• GST Certificate / Udhyam Registration certificate

 

4)Company (Public Co, Private Co., Domestic Co., Foreign Co.) :
A. Identity Proof :
• PAN Card of company
• PAN card and Aadhar card of authorized signatory. The authorised signatory must be an Indian even in case of foreign companies/branch registration
• PAN card and address proof of all directors of the Company
• Board resolution appointing authorised signatory / Any other proof of appointment of authorised signatory
• Bank Account details (A copy of cancelled cheque / bank statement leaf of the current account)
B. Address Proof of Principle place of Business (Any One):
• Property Tax receipt
• Municipal Khata Copy
• Electricity Bill copy
• Rent / Lease Agreement in case of Rented Property
• Consent Letter (In case of Consent / Shared Property)
C. Proof of Constitution :
• Certificate of incorporation given by Ministry of Corporate Affairs

Terms and Conditions

• If the required documents are not provided within a period of 10 working days from the date of communication then order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
